Foreign ministers from the European Union's 25 member states are demanding the DPRK return "immediately" to the six-party talks.
The ministers want the DPRK to abandon all nuclear weapons and existing nuclear programs and to comply with its obligations under the Non-Proliferation Treaty. That means submitting all its nuclear activities for IAEA verification. The ministers also want the DPRK to sign and ratify the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty, refrain stop conducting any more nuclear tests or missile launches, and re-establish its commitments to a moratorium on missile launching.
