　　郭振璽，山東人，生於1965年，蘭州大學經濟學碩士。

　　2004/6，任中央電視臺廣告經濟信息中心副主任兼廣告部主任。

　　2001/5—今，任中國中央電視臺廣告部主任，帶領廣告部實現連續42個月（截至2004年10月）廣告收入同比持續快速增長。

　　1998/5-2001/4，任中國中央電視臺廣告部副主任，組織創作包括“下崗再就業”等頗具影響的公益廣告。

　　1992/12-1998/4，任中國中央電視臺經濟部記者、編輯、製片人，創辦“商務電視”，獲CCTV優秀欄目獎。

　　1990/7-1992/11，任中國國家廣播影視部辦公廳秘書。

　　Dec 1992 to April 1998: Journalist / Editor / Producer, CCTV Economics Division – highlights including creating and launching the award-winning Commercial TV program on CCTV.

　　July 1990 to Nov. 1992: Secretary-General, Films & TV Media Division, China National Media & Broadcasting Bureau.
