2007年11月,上海體育場內萬名即將畢業的大學生排起長隊,等待招聘企業的面視。在中國每年很多應屆大學畢業生趕場似的穿梭于各個招聘會。就業競爭的白熱化局面下,讓不少大學生提前一年為工作“焦慮”。目前,很多大學生已經開始轉變思想,將目光從“高精尖”的白領職業轉而投向傳統的服務行業。
