1989年畢業于北京師範大學研究院體育理論專業並獲碩士學位
同年進入中央電視臺體育部
1990年-1994年從事記者、編輯、責任編輯等工作
1994年-2004年從事十年製片人的崗位工作
2005年任中視體育推廣有限公司董事總經理至今

Mr. Ruan Wei is a master of Sports Science in Sports Theoretics. Fresh from Beijing Normal University, he was assigned to China Central Television. In 1990 he became journalist, editor and deputy editor and four years later he became a producer for ten years. Since 2005, he has been VP and Managing Director of CCTV Sports Promotion Limited Corporation (CCTVSP)
