　　楊瑞奇先生於2005年在上海創辦了揚名公司。揚名公司在國內為國際性和內地聯賽、廣播公司以及個人客戶提供電視及項目製作、發行和媒體轉播權及諮詢等服務。

　　此前，楊先生負責總體接洽ESPN STAR Sports活動管理小組事宜，並擔任賽事管理及節目發展副總裁。在ESPN STAR Sports任職時，他除了負責協調轉播權擁有者和供應商外，亦參與機構業務運作、客戶服務以及廣播要素的監督工作。 此外，他還努力為亞洲市場作專案，並使之發展至ESPN STAR Sports的所有頻道。他為亞洲九個國家提供承接了110余次活動，並曾榮獲多個獎項.

　　在1997年加入ESPN STAR Sports之前，楊先生曾在台灣當時最大的體育推廣公司Sports International從事了5年管理工作。

　　楊瑞奇先生擁有芝加哥大學的MBA，並曾在中國台北的史丹福中心用中文繼續深造。 他以優異的成績從波士頓大學畢業。

　　The Young Company

　　Richard Young founded The Young Company in Shanghai in 2005. The Young Company provides television and event production, distribution and media rights consulting in China for both international and domestic leagues, broadcasters, and individual events and clients.

　　Previously Richard was responsible for the overall business activities of ESPN STAR Sports’ Event Management Group as well as being Vice President of Programme Development. While at ESPN STAR Sports he handled the relationships with major rights holders and suppliers of events, as well supervising the operations, client servicing, and broadcasting elements of the Group. Additionally he coordinated efforts to tailor programs for the Asian market and develop them across all of ESPN and STAR Sports’ channels. Richard has produced over 110 events in 9 countries in Asia, and has won several awards.

　　Before joining ESPN STAR Sports in 1997, Young spent five years in Taiwan managing events at Taiwan’s then largest sports promotion company called Sports International.

　　Richard Young has an MBA from the University of Chicago, and has performed post-graduate studies in Chinese at the Stanford Center in Taipei. He graduated Cum Laude from Boston University.
