英格蘭超級足球聯賽
Phil Lines先生擁有豐富的電視體育以及新媒體經驗，他先後在英國廣播公司（BBC），格拉納達（Granada）公司和United Broadcasting & Entertainment工作。他也分別在國際體育娛樂公司（ISL）（奧運會及世界盃）和FOCA世界一級方程式管理協會（國際一級方程式錦標賽及世界拉力錦標賽）負責處理轉播權事宜。在維氏新聞社（Visnews，即現時的路透社），Lines先生開拓了世界上首個體育電視新聞服務。 而新媒體方面，Lines先生協助創建了worldsport.com和football.co.uk網站。
目前作為英超聯賽國際廣播與媒體營運部主管，Lines先生參與的媒體活動範圍廣泛，包括電視、廣播、英超網站（Premierleague.com）、移動技術、圖像、資料和轉播權等。擁有媒體管理碩士學位的Lines先生，是從一名體育記者開始他的職業生涯的。

Phil Lines has an extensive background in television sport and new media. In broadcasting Phil has worked for the BBC, Granada and United Broadcasting & Entertainment. He has handled sports rights at both ISL (Olympic & World Cup) and FOCA (Formula One & World Rally Championship). Phil ran the world’s first television sports news service when at Visnews (now Reuters TV). In new media Phil helped set up Worldsport.com and ITV-football.co.uk.
Now, as Head of International Broadcasting and Media Operations at the FA Premier League, Phil is involved in a wide range of media activities including television, radio, premierleague.com, mobile, still images, data and rights. He began his career as a sports journalist and holds an MSc in Media Management.
