范翎斯先生於1995年建立了普華永道會計師事務所香港地區娛樂、媒體和通信事業部，至
1998年擔任娛樂及傳媒策劃亞太區主管。
此外，范翎斯先生被任命為普華永道大中華區技術、資訊通信和娛樂業務（TICE）主管，下屬的專業人員數量超過600名。2005年他被任命為TICE亞太區主管，代表普華永道全球TICE團隊的地區利益。
在香港工作生活了18年，范翎斯先生擁有亞洲地區內娛樂和媒體行業各個部門工作的豐富經驗。同時由於負責大型跨國擔保業務，范翎斯先生有著極為豐富的諮詢經驗，領域包括業務戰略、風險管理、交易相關服務措施、業務規劃以及啟動電子商務等。

Marcel was responsible for establishing the PricewaterhouseCoopers Hong Kong Entertainment, Media and Communications group in 1995. He has been the Asia Pacific leader of the Entertainment & Media practice since 1998.
In addition, he is the leader of PricewaterhouseCoopers enlarged Technology, Info-Communications and Entertainment (TICE) practice in Hong Kong and Mainland China comprising of over 600 professionals. In 2005, he was appointed leader of the TICE practice throughout Asia Pacific and represents the interests of the region on PwC’s Global TICE leadership team.
A resident of Hong Kong for more than 18 years, Marcel has extensive experience working with companies in all sectors of the Entertainment and Media industries throughout Asia. As well as managing large cross-border assurance engagements, he has significant advisory experience which includes providing strategic business advice, risk management consulting, transaction related services, business planning and e-Business start-up consulting.
In 2005, he was re-elected, for a third two-year term, Chairman of CASBAA, the leading industry association promoting the interests of programmers and pay-TV broadcasters in the region.
