國家體育總局排球運動管理中心 中國排球協會副秘書長
1992年職業從事排球經營工作，自該年度創建了中國排球協會旗下的北京華力寶廣告公司，該公司擔負著推廣排球運動為中國排球事業的發展提供著資金保障。1998年任亞洲排球聯合會市場部主任、國家體育總局排球運動管理中心財務經營部主任、2002年開始兼任國家體育總局排球運動管理中心競賽部主任。
主要業績：
成功策劃和舉辦了1993年八佰伴世界職業排球明星賽。
成功策劃和舉辦了20次由國際排球聯合會批准的中國國際女子排球精英賽。
成功策劃和舉辦了12次由國際排球聯合會主辦的世界女子排球大獎賽。
成功策劃和舉辦了6次由國際排球聯合會主辦的世界男子排球聯賽。
成功策劃和舉辦了十屆全國排球聯賽。
成功策劃和舉辦了三屆全國排球大獎賽。
成功策劃和舉辦了三屆全國排球錦標賽。
參與組織1990年世界女子排球錦標賽。
參與策劃和完成了紀念中國女子排球隊獲得2003年世界盃冠軍大型電視節目製作“走過十七年”。
策劃和完成了紀念中國女子排球隊獲得雅典奧運會冠軍大型電視節目製作“超越夢想”。
成功策劃和舉辦了2003年亞洲男子排球錦標賽和2005年亞洲女子排球錦標賽。
成功策劃和舉辦了1999、2002年亞洲男子俱樂部排球錦標賽。
成功策劃和舉辦了2005、2002年亞洲挑戰杯男子排球錦標賽。
在主持14年間的經營開發工作，共組織國際比賽708場比賽，共組織全國性比賽3120場比賽，集資額超過6億元人民幣，連同排球其它無形資産經營開發已經超過10億元。

Mr.Li began to do volleyball marketing from 1992, and founded Beijing Hua Li Bao Advertizing Company which belongs directly to the Chinese Volleyball Association in the same year. This company’s main aim is to provide sufficient financial support for the development of Chinese volleyball career. He became director of the Marketing Department of Asian Volleyball Conferation and the Financial Department of Volleyball Sports Administration Centre of Chinese Genaral Administration of Sports in 1998, and also became director of the Competition Department of Volleyball Sports Administration Centre of Chinese Genaral Administration of Sports in 2002.
Outstanding Achievements:
Successfully planned and organized the Ba Bai Ban World Volleyball Star Match in 1993.
Successfully planned and organized China International Women’s Volleyball Tournaments which were authorized by the International Volleyball Federation (FIVB) 20 times.
Successfully planned and organized World Women’s Volleyball Grand Prix which were authorized by FIVB 12 times.
Successfully planned and organized Men’s Volleyball World League which were authorized by FIVB 6 times.
Successfully planned and organized China National Volleyball League 10 times.
Successfully planned and organized China National Volleyball Grand Prix 3 times.
Successfully planned and organized China National Volleyball Championship 3 times.
Involved in organizing the 1990 World Women’s Volleyball Championship.
Involved in planning and making the TV show “ The Past 17 Years” which is in memory of Chinese Women’s Volleyball Team winning the World Cup in 2003.
Involved in planning and making the TV show “ Beyond the Dream” which is in memory of Chinese Women’s Volleyball Team winning the 2004 Athens Olympic Games.
Successfully planned and organized the 2003 Asian Men’s Volleyball Championship and the 2005 Asian Women’s Volleyball Championship.
Successfully planned and organized the 1999 and 2002 Asian Men’s Volleyball Club Championship.
Successfully planned and organized the 2002 and 2005 Asian Challenge Cup Men’s Volleyball Championship.
In these 14 years, he has been responsible for mastering volleyball market development. He organized 708 international matches plus 3120 national matches, raised funds over 600 million RMB, and administrated volleyball related invisible assets over 1 billion RMB in total.
