1953年4 月4日生於北京。1982年畢業于北京廣播學院。1998年至2005年5月，擔任中央電視臺體育中心主任。現任北京奧林匹克轉播有限公司的首席運營官，國際田徑聯合會電視委員會委員，亞廣聯奧運會報道委員會主席，國際排聯電視和新媒體委員會委員，大體聯國際媒體委員會委員。
Born in Beijing on Apr.4, 1953. Graduated from the Beijing Broadcasting Institute in 1982. From 1998 to May, 2005, Mr. Ma had been the President of CCTV Sports. Now, Mr. Ma occupies as the COO of the Beijing Olympic Broadcasting, member of IAAF Television Commission, Chairman of the ABU Broadcast Operations Group for the Olympic Games, member of the FIVB Television and New Media Commission, member of FISU International Press Commission.
