蔣效愚：現任第29屆奧林匹克運動會組織委員會執行副主席兼新聞宣傳部部長。
歷任：共青團北京市委副書記，北京青年政治學院黨委書記兼常務副校長，北京市文化局局長、黨組書記，北京市朝陽區委書記，北京市委宣傳部部長。
Mr. Jiang Xiaoyu now servers as Executive Vice-President of the Beijing Organizing Committee for the Games of the XXIX Olympiad (BOCOG) and Director of the BOCOG Department of Media and Communications.
Over the years, Mr. Jiang has served as Deputy Secretary of Beijing Municipal Youth League Committee, Communist Party Secretary and Executive Vice-President of Beijing Youth Politics College, Communist Party Secretary and Director of Beijing Municipal Culture Bureau, Communist Party Secretary of Beijing Chao Yang District as well as Director of Publicity Department of Beijing Municipal Committee.
