Philippine forces have found 11 more bodies at another site of the election-related massacre, bringing the death toll to 57. Authorities are under intense pressure to make arrest those responsible for these atrocious crimes. Meng Lingqi has the story and we warn that some scenes may be disturbing for sensitive viewers.

Among the brutally murdered victims, 22 are believed to be journalists.

This makes Monday's attack the deadliest ever on the media anywhere in the world.

Police say 33 of the victims were men and 24 were women.

The journalists were accompanying several women of the powerful Mangudadatu clan as they were filing the candidacy of a family member for the provincial governor's post in next year's election.

Their convoy was stopped by about 100 armed men, who herded them to a remote hillside and attacked them with M-16 rifles and machetes.

Clan feuds are common in the southern Philippines and the Mangudadatus have been at odds with the Ampatuans, another local family, for months.

The Mangudadatus blame supporters of the Ampatuans for the massacre, but no arrests have been made.
