Magic top Bocats 92-77

Dwight Howard and his teammates celebrated Howard's second straight defensive player of the year award, then they got down to business against the Charlotte Bobcats.

Howard did not warm up until the third quarter. He scored 15 points and 9 rebounds and joined forces with Vince Carter for 21 second-half points.

Orlando built a 20-point lead and held on late. The Magic blocked a strong comeback from the Bobcats and won the match 92-77.

Orlando assumes a 2-0 series advantage.
