Twin sisters claim synchronized swimming golds

To synchronized swimming. Twin sisters of Jiang Tingting and Jiang Wenwen from Sichuan won gold in the duet free final. The two sisters have gained the nickname "Twin water Ballet Princesses", they entered Tuesday's final after ranking first in the preliminaries. Guangdong got the highest score to go to the top of the podium. The Sichuan team, which included twin sisters Jiang Tingting and Jiang Wenwen, earned silver, while bronze went to Hunan.

Beijing were led by national team swimmers Zhang Xiaohuan and Gu Beibei, got an easy win in the free combination routines final. Shanghai and Jiangsu were second and third. The veteran Zhang Xiaohuan will retire after this National Games, so this was in effect a farewell performance from her.
