Special Report: 7.1-magnitude Quake Hit Qinghai, China |

A memorial ceremony has also been held in a middle school in Shenyang, to honor the quake victims.

35 Tibetan students from Qinghai are studying in the school. 30 of them lost family members. This morning, together with 5,000 schoolmates, they stood for one minute's silence to pay tribute to their lost loved ones.

Each student folded a paper crane sending wishes to the victims to rest in peace. School authorities say they are doing all they can to ensure students continue their education and normal lives, despite the disaster.
