Certainly more than a few pub guests can appreciate the following story. For those who have too many drinks and miss the last train home, tech developers in Japan have a new smartphone app to help them out.

This app, called Ekispert, has a setting called Drunk Mode. It tells the user when the last train home will be, and even how many minutes are left before they need to go catch it. Drunk Mode was created by the team at Ekispert's developer, Val Laboratory, and launched at the end of November, just in time for the Christmas party season.
