ISU Grand Prix of figure skating. The final event taking place in Marseille, with the top skaters from this year's previous Grand Prix performing -- and China's Yu Xiaoyu and Zhang Hao would have a solid routine in the pairs short program.  

The duo formed in May and would be the final pair of the six teams to take to the ice. 

They showed good teamwork in this throw -- and would be in sync during their performance. 

The pair would manage to score 75.34 points, their best-ever result as a team, and sit in second after the short program.

They trail Russians Evgenia Tarasova and Vladimir Morozov, who garnered 78.60 points in their routine. Another Chinese duo --- Peng Cheng and Jin Yang sit in fourth.
