At least 27 people have been killed and 35 wounded in a suicide explosion at a Shiite mosque in Kabul. The interior ministry said the attacker entered the Baqir ul Olum mosque during a ceremony. There was no immediate claim of responsibility. It comes days after twin attacks claimed by Islamic State, which also targeted Shiites and killed 18 in Kabul.
