Jane Richard Philips of Switzerland closed out the festivities by winning the Grand Prix, toppling defending champion Ludger Beerbaum of Germany, with China’s Zhu Meimei taking third.

This is the first time a female rider has won the main event and the first time a Chinese participant has earned a medal in it.
