The Cleveland Cavaliers were just one win away from returning to the NBA Finals, if they could manage to put away the Toronto Raptors. And while the Raps were pronounced dead by the pundits, only to bounce back and capture Games Three and Four, the Cavs reasserted their dominance in the fifth contest, and LeBron James would be looking for more of the same as the action shifted back to T-Dot.

LBJ determined to lead the Cavs back to the Championship Round, where they fell short last year.

But the Raps keep things close in the first quarter, as Jonas Valanciunas creates some space, before sinking the jumper and cutting the deficit to four -- although he would finish with just six points and eight rebounds.

Cleveland surges ahead in the second Q, as LeBron drives the baseline for the one-handed jam, and that puts the visitors up by 11.

Kyle Lowry cuts to the rack a minute before half-time, but James partially blocks his shot from behind. Kyrie Irving then takes the rock the other way, getting the hoop and the harm, on his way to 30 points for the Cavaliers.

After the break, DeMar DeRozan dishes to Lowry, who drills the contested trey, and he would lead all players with a game-high 35 points.

But C-Town maintains a comfortable cushion as LBJ finds Kevin Love for a three-ball that swells the lead to 21. Love would end up with 20 points on the night.

Irving continues to run the Cavs offense with precision, hitting LeBron for the lefty lay-up down the stretch -- 33 points for James, 9 assists for Kyrie, and Cleveland wins the series 4 games to 2 -- making it back to the NBA Finals for the second straight season.
