Quake Relief in Action: Vice Premier calls for all-out efforts in relief supplies

SHENYANG, April 15 (Xinhua) -- Chinese Vice Premier Li Keqiang on Thursday called for full commitment in the logistics work for the earthquake relief to ensure the basic livelihood of the people in quake-hit areas.

Li made the comments during his inspection tour to the northeastern Liaoning Province.

In a visit to Shenyang, the capital city of the province, Li inspected the urgent transportation of quake relief supplies.

Li urged the province to transport the quake relief materials, especially the badly needed cold-proof goods, to the quake zone as soon as possible. He stressed the safety during the transportation missions as well.
