The volcano in southern Iceland continued to send clouds of ash several kilometers high into the sky Sunday.
Powerful tremors from the volcano on Iceland's Eyjafjallajokull glacier rocked the countryside on Sunday as eruptions hurled a steady stream of ash into the sky.
The volcanic plume reached heights of 6-9 kilometers.
Winds have pushed the ash southeast across Britain, Ireland, Scandinavia and into the heart of Europe.
