Thailand's Red-shirt anti-government protesters paraded coffins through Bangkok on Monday in a renewed attempt to pressure the government to step down after street fighting left 21 people dead. Neither side appears willing to end the political stalemate.
A line of pickup trucks, motorcycles and other vehicles wound its way along the main streets of Bangkok.
They carried 11 coffins with bodies of those killed in Saturday's violence.
During the weekend protesters and security forces clashed on the streets of Bangkok for several hours. It was the worst bloodshed seen in Thailand in almost two decades.
Four soldiers and 17 civilians were killed, including a Reuters cameraman.
Protester said,"Just like our leaders say, we have to keep going towards victory, keeping hold of the moral high ground of those who are fighting for democracy and calling for a fair constitution. We are standing by our demands."
