Tensions continue in Thailand, as Red Shirts protest against Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjajiva, ahead of a mass rally on the weekend. Negotiations between Abhisit and leaders of Red Shirts have broken down.

Thousands of red shirt protesters went on with their daily routine of listening to news updates in their encampment near the Government House.

Despite fatigue and the inconvenience, some from far provinces say they will stay until their demands are met.
