Thailand's anti-government protesters are planning another mass rally in the capital, Bangkok on Saturday.

The decision came after a second round of talks between red shirts and the government failed to agree on a time frame to dissolve the Lower House of parliament.

The red shirts, insist it must be done within 15 days as this they claim is only solution to the country's political conflict. But Prime Minister, Abhisit Vejjajiva doesn't want to dissolve the Lower House until the end of the year.

The government, has decided to extend special restrictions under the Internal Security Act for SEVEN more days until April 6th. The decision follows the announcement from the red-shirts that the mass anti-government rally will be a prolonged one.
