Markets rise as healthcare bill signed

Wall Street advanced on Tuesday after the President signed the healthcare reform bill.

The Dow Jones industrial average gained nearly 103 points, or 0.95 percent.

The Standard and Poor's 500 index added more than 0.7 percent, and the Nasdaq was up over 0.8 percent.
