Special Report: Strong Quake Hits Haiti |

China's emergency rescue team has arrived in Haiti's capital Port-au-Prince to assist rescue work. The team immediately rushed to the site where eight Chinese peacekeepers are missing.

The Chinese Foreign Ministry says four of the missing Chinese were peace-keepers while the others were from a six-member working group of the Ministry of the Public Security.

The eight were involved in consultations with U.N. staff in the headquarters of the UN Stabilization Mission in Port-au-Prince when the quake occurred.
