A suicide bomber has killed a security guard and wounded three others in Islamabad. The man set off explosives hidden under his jacket outside the entrance of Pakistan's navy headquarters.
Witnesses say they saw a young man run from a van which was carrying three other people toward the naval complex gate. Stopped by the guard, the attacker detonated his jacket. The naval office was not damaged because of the distance from the gate.
The blast occurred hours after US President Barack Obama warning that the two countries share "a common enemy" in Islamic militants. Militants killed hundreds in bombings since a security offensive was launched in October in South Waziristan.
