The world's number one golfer, Tiger Woods, has cancelled another meeting with state law enforcement officials, regarding Friday's car accident. It's the third time he's declined to speak with authorities.

Woods posted a statement on his Web site, saying the accident was his fault. But the statement failed to address the lingering questions on the details of the crash that sent him to hospital. Woods said it was a private matter, and that he wanted to keep it that way. The statement was posted about an hour before state troopers were to meet with Woods at his home just outside Orlando, Florida.
