US, France, Iran support IAEA plan

Keeping the focus on Iran and US President Barack Obama called his Russian and French counterparts on Saturday to discuss Tehran's nuclear program.

The three presidents affirmed their full support for the IAEA proposal. Under the proposal, Iran would send the bulk of its low-enriched uranium to Russia and France.

The uranium would then be processed into fuel for the Tehran reactor. Iranian leaders said they will respond to the proposal next week.
