In Austria, As representatives of the United States, Russia, France and Iran have concluded their first meeting in Vienna.

The internal consultation on the Iranian nuclear issue was organized by the International Atomic Energy Agency with a key focus on overseas nuclear fuel purchases. Mohamed ElBaradei said, "We had, this afternoon, quite a constructive meeting. We are off to a good start. Most of the technical issues have been discussed and we are going to continue our meeting tomorrow morning at 10:00."
