Iran is dismissing a U.S. warning, saying threats or deadlines will have no impact. The US is warning the major powers will not wait forever for Tehran to prove it's not developing nuclear bombs.
Foreign Ministry spokesman Hassan Qash-qavi reiterated Iran's refusal to discuss its "nuclear rights" with the six world powers. The comment came a week before a meeting in Vienna on a proposal to send Iran's uranium abroad for further processing. The West suspects Iran of seeking to develop nuclear bombs. Tehran says its nuclear program is aimed at generating electricity.
