The White House on Monday called Iran's latest missile tests "provocative." The US also urged Tehran to agree to immediate and unfettered access to a newly disclosed nuclear fuel plant.

Robert Gibbs, Spokesman of White House, said, "Well, look, I think, first and foremost, the P5-plus-one strongly supports the IAEA's call for immediate and unfettered access to Qom, to the facility, to personnel, and to documents that are related to the construction of that facility. I think that's certainly what we would hope that Iran is willing to do, to engage in full transparency and to demonstrate for the world that it will give up its nuclear weapons program and ensure that whatever it does is in the peaceful pursuit of nuclear energy."
