With a history of 2,600 years, Xuzhou is a historical city with the critical strategic importance from military views. It is known as a notable battlefield in China''s history, from Han dynasty to modern republics.

 The town was once named Pengcheng during the Qin and Han dynasties and was the hometown for Liu Bang, the first emperor of the Han. Xuzhou constructed tombs around city. Xuzhou has strong culture as tombs.

There tombs and objects refund them we learn about custom and lifestyle of the past. Chu King tomb includes gold, silver and jade articles. Especially the gold threaded jade suit, Chu King was wearing the national treasure. Finally we tasted the traditional Xuzhou breakfast.
