Ferrari team principal Stefano Domenicali is looking for a marked improvement from his outfit at the upcoming Grand Prix of China. Drivers Fernando Alonso and Felipe Massa will also be looking for more consistency when they take on the Shanghi Circuit.

Ferrari, leading both the constructor's and driver's championships, suffered an engine failure in Alonso's car in Malaysia. A broken gearbox cost Alonso dear in Sepang and allowed Massa to leapfrog him at the top of the drivers' championship. They are now aiming to rectify all the problems in Shanghai.

Stefano Domenicali, Ferrari Team Principal, said, "We said at the beginning of the year that a team that was able to bring an update package that was reliable in terms of performance would be the team that would win the championship at the end of the year - and this is the approach we want to take, and for sure in China we will have a little bit of update on the aero side and let's hope that is enough in order to make sure that we are still there and hope also that this package will be reliable enough to be ready to be competitive."
