NBA legend Michael Jordan is now the first former player to become a majority team owner. The league's board of governors has approved MJ's 275-million-dollar bid to buy the Charlotte Bobcats. And his new team was looking to give Jordan a little welcome present on Wednesday night.

The newly minted owner was sitting courtside as the Bobcats took on the Oklahoma City Thunder.
But, the Thunder would get off to a quick start to this game. Jeff Green with the massive follow puts OKC up 15.
Kevin Durant, extended the lead to 19. He takes the pass in the post and gets the easy lay-up to go.Durant would drop 26 and add 10 rebounds.
The Bobcats would begin to claw back in the second half. They would cut the lead to a single score, and then take the lead minutes later as Steven Jackson hits in the paint. He had 18 of his 20 in the second half.
The Bobcats would roll the rest of the game, on their way to a 100-92 victory.
