Short track star coach: Li yan

China's short track speed skating team is one of the biggest stories at the Vancouver Winter Olympic games.

Head coach Li Yan led the squad to a grand slam finish, but it's only the lastest item on a long list of career accomplishments.

Li Yan used to be one of the China's predecessors in short track speed skating. Li began her career in 2001 after wining silver medal in 500m at 1992 Winter Olympics.

Li made her name as a coach at 2006 Torino Winter Games when she led American skating megastar Apolo Ohno to victory in men's 500m.
