NATO meets on nulcear future

NATO Foreign Ministers have arrived in Estonia for talks on the future of nuclear arms in Europe.

A NATO spokesman says the ministers have agreed to launch a membership plan for Bosnia, but attached conditions to its implementation.

Bosnia will now face a multi-stage process of political dialogue, which will take several years.

The spokesman says this process will bring it into line with NATO standards and eventually earn itself a place at the table.

The NATO ministers also debated whether they should do away with US battlefield nuclear weapons in Europe.
