South Korea's Yonhap news agency says the DPRK may be preparing to launch more short-range missiles. After Pyongyang test-fired a series of short-range, ground-to-ground missiles off its east coast on Monday.

The launches involved five KN-02 type missiles with a range of between 100 and 120 kilometers. They were first displayed in April 2007 at a military parade in Pyongyang, to mark the 75th anniversary of the Korean People's Army.

According to Yonhap, the DPRK had earlier issued a ten-day navigation ban in waters off its east and west coasts from October the 10th.
