Wang Shaofang (1920-- 1986), a celebrated Huangmei Opera actor, won many prizes. His best-known plays are "The Couple Enjoying the Festive Lanterns", "Marriage between Fairy, and Man" and "The Emperor's Female Son-in-Law".
