Dialogue 09/12/07: Copenhagen Summit convenes

Time is up for the world to come up with a comprehensive plan to prevent global warming after years of bitter debates. When more than 100 heads of state and government gather in Copenhagen to attend the last day or two of the Summit, they are faced with high expectations as well as the harsh reality that the debate about climate change had really become one to testify whether the international community can act together on a noble cause.
