More than 12-hundred costumes have been tailor made for the show. The designs are sketched, then revised at least 5 times before being put into production.
The designers that created clothes for the Olympic Team, assisted from their very own studio. Making sure that costumes suited each individual program, and complemented the background of multimedia effects.
A Bouncing Spring is an ethnic dance show, brought to life by fiery red costumes. The bold and unrestrained moves deliver vigor and vitality against an LED screen with a projected pattern of peacock feathers.
Li Ruiding, costume designer, said, "A bold red presents a strong visual effect through the show. The audience feel comfortable when watching it. "
Designers will now make alterations to fine details, ahead of the gala.
