In Britain, a widely anticipated music documentary is hitting the screens. Now let's learn more about "It Might Get Loud", the story about the interplay between a group of talented musicians.

What happens when you gather three brilliant guitarists in a room and get the cameras rolling?

"An Inconvenient Truth" director Davis Guggenheim sought to find out - pulling together Jack White, The Edge and Jimmy Page for a documentary about the musicians, their rapport and their talents.

It was raw and off-the-cuff, Page says.

Jimmy Page, recording artist, said, "So we went into it and just got to know each other by sitting down and discussing this, that and the other. And basically talking about music and events. And then it got into the actual playing. It was really a wonderful feeling when all three of us were really bonded like that, you know, playing the same songs."

White wants the film to appeal to a wide audience, not just the musically inclined.

Jack White, recording artist, said, We're hoping more people that have nothing to do with guitar, aren't even interested in guitar, get something out of it about music or artistic expression and songwriting.

"It Might Get Loud" opened in the UK Tuesday.
