Farewell ceremony for Chinese oeacekeepers to be held today

A farewell ceremony for the eight Chinese peacekeepers killed in Haiti's earthquake will be held at nine o'clock Wednesday in Beijing's Babaoshan Revolutionary Cemetery.

China's Ministry of Public Security, and China's permanent delegation to the United Nations, hung the Chinese national flag at half-mast since Tuesday to honor the fallen. Also, the flag at the Public Security Ministry, where the police officers worked, will remain at half-mast for three days untill Thursday.
