1.) Google has provided the list of Chinese books that it scanned onto its websites. Do you think Google will compromise in its next round of negotiations with Chinese authors?

2.) According to relative law and legal practice, how much will Google need to pay Chinese authors for violating their copyrights? Also, what's the best solution to this dispute?

3.) As the Internet is largely digitalizing paper publications, what can Chinese authors do to better protect their copyrights? What lessons can they learn from this Google case?
