For more on this year's Central Economic Work Conference, we're joined on the phone by Dr. Long Guoqiang, from the Development Research Center of the State Council.
Q1) As the annual economic work conference determines the country's economic policies for the coming year, what, in your view, will be the major tasks as far as next year's national economic outlook is concerned?
Q2) China will stick to its proactive fiscal setting and moderately loose monetary policies next year. The country is also stressing the need to improve the focus and flexibility of these measures. Does that mean China will fine-tune its economic stimulus policies next year?
Q3) Boosting domestic consumption in recent years is one of the country's major ways to maintain economic growth. What's your analysis into the current problems in the consumption market. And what's more need to be done to further and better stimulate the market?
