Revisiting Beichuan, one of the hard-hit regions of the Wenchuan earthquake, Premier Wen Jiabao entered a busy construction site.

He said post-quake reconstruction is the major part of China's stimulus plan to tackle the global financial crisis.

And he called for efforts to ensure safety and high quality in the reconstruction projects.

Wen Jiabao also visited the Beichuan middle school and Xuankou middle school that were razed to the ground by the quake. Now students have returned to new school buildings. Wen Jiabao said he hopes the students will grow strong and study hard.
