Hu Jintao noted the progress of relations between China and South Africa since establishing diplomatic ties in 1998. He said China and South Africa are important developing nations, and their strategic partnership also benefits all developing countries.
Jacob Zuma agreed with Hu Jintao's points, and said he's willing to maintain close coordination and cooperation in international and regional affairs. Zuma said South Africa will continue to actively promote the development between China and African countries. And his country will attend the Shanghai World Expo next year.
