Geithner: US cannot force China to change

US Treasury Secretary, Timothy Geithner says the United States cannot force China to change the yuan exchange rate. He made the remarks in an interview with the CNN broadcasting network on Wednesday. He says China is a sovereign country and is going to have to decide its exchange rate. He also says he doesn't think there will be a trade war between China and the US.
