Now the government is working on new rules to promote the sales of construction materials in the countryside. Analysts expect that more detailed polices will come out soon to encourage farmers to build their own houses. But they also advise related government departments to keep one eye on market supervision and the other on quality control to prevent irregularities and pollution.

But their daily expenditures are growing really really slow. So if we can stimulate the rural construction sector, demand in the countryside will be further boosted. "
