HK promotes participation for World Expo

Hong Kong added its share to World Expo fever, after giving a sneak peak of the city's participation in the big event next year in Shanghai.

On Friday, people gathered at Victoria park, to take part in a fun filled  day.

On Friday, people gathered at Victoria park, to take part in a fun filled day. The expo's mascot, Haibao, joined participants to play special games with expo themes. Winners got to take home special expo-related souvenirs.

Hong Kong will construct and operate a stand-alone pavilion under the theme of "Hong Kong--a City with Unlimited Potential," to showcase its infinite imagination and creativity. The three-floor pavilion will have a total area of 800 square meters.
